TRICON AAR CC1 Valley Forge, PA

Trident Concepts conducted our three day Combative Carbine (CC1) for a private club in Valley Forge, PA. We couldn’t have asked for better weather. While we had to deal with the threat of Hurricane Earl, it turned out to be less than dramatic. Partly cloudy, cool breeze and temperatures in the mid-80’s, what more could one ask for while training. The class had a mixed skill set, there were some very good students who sharpened their blade and many novice students who drank from a fire hose the whole course.

AAR #23-10 XXXXXX, XX

Trident Concepts conducted an extensive program for a deploying military unit. The program begins with our 5-day Advanced Combat Marksman followed by our 3-day Long Range Engagement and ending with our 1-day Combative Edged Weapons program. Training was conducted at XXXXXXX, XX one of my old stomping grounds and not much has changed, Range Control is still a pain to deal with and we had to go through two different ranges before we found suitable for our training needs. We will have to move to a different range twice more as we move to the rifle and we require greater distance.

AAR #16-10 Sacramento, CA

Trident Concepts conducted a 3-day Carbine Operator’s Course for a group of LE in Sacramento, CA. The course had a variety of officers from the local, state and federal side. The skill level for this class was higher than normal, about intermediate to advance, which was awesome. I really enjoy working with shooters with a high skill level, but we also had some shooters continuing to refined and develop their skills. The weather was a huge wild card this course, we had some ominous threats of bad weather and while it got nasty, we seemed to get hit by the outer rim of the storm front. On TD3 we had to shift to an inclement weather schedule and we actually showed up an hour early to try and get ahead of the looming weather. For the most part it worked as we got hit briefly by a nasty part of the storm, that blew over in about 30 minutes. It wrecked havoc during our standards test, but we managed to make due and finish all the tests [...]

Trident Concepts, LLC AAR #9-10 Wilmington, DE Trident Concepts conducted their two-day Combative Pistol (CP1) at the Franklin Township PD range in NJ.
